Mababawasan na naman tayo sa ating Princess Collection. 😢
Sadly, may nag-open na naman po ng parcel namin habang nasa transit, at may ilang items na kasama sa costume na nawawala. Buti na lang, this time, complete ang proof na sinend ng renter from receiving the parcel until return shipment. Because of this, makakapag-file kami ng proper and well-supported complaint with J&T Express.
Ilang beses na po itong nangyari, kaya sa lahat ng J&T renters, please make sure to video the parcel upon receiving it and before sending it back for return. Make sure na clearly visible sa video na complete ang costume and all included items.
This is required under our rental agreement and serves as protection for both the renter and the owner in case may mawala or magkaroon ng issue during transit.
Please note: Renters who fail to provide the required videos may no longer be allowed to rent from us in the future, as stated in our rental agreement.
As for our Ariel Dress, hindi pa po namin masabi kung kailan ito magiging available ulit. Marami pa po kaming costumes na pending gawin, kaya kailangan muna naming matapos ang mga naka-schedule before we can recreate or replace the missing pieces.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone's understanding. We are doing our best to protect our costumes and keep every rental set complete. 🤎
