Why Choose Us
Here are some of the reasons why our bed & breakfast is recommended:

No brownouts: Nightly power outages are a huge inconvenience and have in fact threatened Palawan’s Tourism Industry. Our inn is equipped with a 24-hour standby power generator ensuring no brownouts!

10″ memory foam: One thing that’s consistently praised is how comfortable our beds are. Furnished with 10″ memory foams, our mattresses are perfect for relaxing after an exhausting day of tours. More information on our room inclusions here. (Note: Single beds and a few double beds have regular foams which are fairly comfortable, too. But if you prefer memory-foam, please let us know upon reservation.) Homey Service: As a family-owned and operated business, our service goes beyond mechanical chores. Special requests are usually obliged, as long as they don’t conflict with the best interests of our other guests. Talk to us or send us your concerns or requests at [email protected]. Value for Money: As travelers ourselves, we understand value for money. You don’t need to pay extra cash for hotel-quality rooms. You also don’t need to endure the uncomfortable beds or morning cold showers of typical pension houses. Book now and experience true value for money accommodation in Puerto Princesa. One-Stop Shop: We also offer tour packages around Puerto Princesa and El Nido. Please see our Discover Palawan (Packages) page for more info.

SOMETHING SWEET IS CHIRPING AT ALA AMID!

Our Ala Amid family just got a little more colorful, a little more lively and definitely more adorable!

Say hello to our newest feathered family members — these cute little Love Birds! They may be small, but they sure know how to bring big personality (and lots of chirping!) to the family.

Want to meet them? You can find these lovebirds hanging out near the play area! Stop by, say hello, and maybe catch them having their own little birdie conversation.

Who knows? They might just become your new favorite Ala Amid residents!

Come visit and give our newest family members a little love!

Training doesn't have to be all serious—and our friends from CDRRMO proved just that!

A huge thank you to CDRRMO for choosing Ala Amid Bed and Breakfast as the venue for your training. It was inspiring to see everyone learning, participating, and sharing so many smiles and laughs along the way.

Watching this video, one thing is clear: the best learning happens when people are engaged, energized, and having fun!

Thank you for your dedication to building a safer and more prepared community. We hope to welcome you back for more meaningful (and fun!) trainings soon!
