To our valued guests,

We would like to address recent posts and reviews regarding a security deposit concern.

Our unit strictly follows a 𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗠𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 policy, which is clearly stated before check-in. After the guests checked out, a smoke odor was detected inside the unit, resulting in additional cleaning and deodorizing procedures. As part of our policy, violations of house rules may lead to forfeiture of the security deposit.

We remained open to resolving the concern properly and professionally. However, instead of continuing the discussion privately, misleading posts and reviews were made against our page.

We value honesty, fairness, and respectful communication with all our guests. Our goal has always been to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable stay for everyone.

We sincerely appreciate the continued trust and support of our guests who respect our policies and our property.
