To continue providing you with a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay, we will be making a slight adjustment to our room rates effective August 1, 2026. This is due to the continuous increase in Meralco charges, condominium dues, and other operating costs.

🏡 Monday–Thursday: ₱2,000/night
🌟 Friday–Sunday & Holidays: ₱2,300/night
👧 Extra Child: ₱300

Good day! Please be informed that the Luzon Grid is currently under Red Alert / Yellow Alert, which may result in possible temporary power interruptions or rotational brownouts in some areas today.

This situation is beyond the host’s control and is being managed by NGCP and the local power provider.

For transparency before your check-in, kindly note the following:
• There may be temporary interruptions in electricity and internet connection.
• The building generator may operate during outages, but backup power is limited only to:
– one light
– one power outlet
• Air conditioning and some appliances may temporarily not be available during the interruption period.

Rest assured that we will continue coordinating with the building administration and will provide updates whenever available.
