While everyone is busy greeting each other Merry Christmas signaling the start of the longest Christmas celebration in the world, some of the people we may know are hurting, suffering silently from internal battles, anxiety and depression. Every September 10, we commemorate World Su***de Prevention Day with this year’s theme “Change the Narrative: Start the Conversation” by doing so, we might be able to save the life of a friend, relative or a simple stranger. Hope is available if everyone will try to show kindness and compassion. Let’s lend a helping hand and prevent su***de from happening.
If you feel alone or need someone to listen to you try sending me a message or try contacting the following numbers below. There are a lot of people willing to help. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
