“Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.” 🌴✨
This quote perfectly describes the journey to Zariel Private Island Resort. 💕
Yes, the last stretch of the barangay road leading to the resort is not cemented (approximately 60-70 meters only). We would like to clarify, however, that the road is accessible to regular vehicles and is not limited to 4WD vehicles. Even bajaj/“bao-bao” type vehicles can access the road.
That said, the road is not suitable for lowered vehicles. The condition of an uncemented barangay road can vary, especially depending on weather conditions, and the ability to navigate an uncemented road also depends greatly on the vehicle and the driving experience of the driver.
The road is not a private road owned, constructed, or maintained by Zariel Private Island Resort. It is a barangay access road that leads to our quiet and uncrowded beachfront destination.
And once you arrive… you’ll understand why the journey is worth it. 🌊🤍
White sand.
Calm waters.
Fresh island air.
No crowded beach.
No loud parties.
No unnecessary noise.
Just peace, privacy, and genuine relaxation. 🌴✨
We understand that not every destination is for everyone. Some travelers value convenience above all else, while others are willing to take a little journey to experience a place that remains peaceful and away from commercial crowds.
An inconvenience along the way is never an invitation to be rude, disrespectful, or insulting toward the people who are welcoming you. Our staff and management deserve the same courtesy and respect that we extend to every guest.
If the road conditions do not suit your vehicle or your expectations, we completely understand. You are always free to choose a destination that better fits your preferences.
But please don't mistake a rustic island road for poor hospitality.
The road may not be perfect. The destination doesn't have to be either. What matters is the experience waiting at the end of it. 🌴💙
And for those who understand that sometimes beautiful places require a little effort to reach—thank you. Your appreciation, patience, kindness, and respect are deeply valued. 🤍
Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations. And sometimes, the places worth remembering are precisely those that haven't been made easy for everyone. 🌊✨
