Please be guided on the available parking options during your stay:

📍 FREE / OPEN PARKING
Located in the area shown in the photos, approximately 3–5 minutes walking distance from the building.
Kindly note that this is an open parking space and is at your own risk. Management will not be held liable for any loss or damage.

🅿️ PAID PARKING (Recommended Option)
For a more secure and convenient experience, paid parking slots are available within the premises/building.
💰 Rate ranges from ₱300–₱500 per night per vehicle, depending on slot availability.

📌 Parking inside requires a Parking Endorsement and is subject to availability. Walk-in parking is not guaranteed.

⚠️ Important Reminder:
We highly recommend reserving your parking slot in advance or together with your booking, especially during weekends and holidays, as slots are limited.

⚠️ Advisory: The elevators are now fully operational. Earlier, some elevators were not working, which caused delays in guest check-out and the cleaning process.
Due to these delays, cleaning schedules were pushed back, and this may affect the check-in time of incoming guests. Our team is currently working to catch up and ensure all units are properly prepared as soon as possible.
