Starting SEPTEMBER 5, 2026, we are requiring all guests to record a short video upon entering the room. 🎥

This is a simple protection measure for both our guests and Lau Staycation. 🤎

Before using or moving anything inside the room, please take a quick video showing the overall condition of the room, appliances, furniture, bathroom, and other items provided.

Why do we require this?

✨ For your protection — If there is any pre-existing damage, you already have proof that it was there before your stay.

✨ For our protection — It helps us properly identify if a damage or missing item happened before or during your stay.

✨ For transparency and fairness — We want to avoid misunderstandings and make sure that no guest is held responsible for something they did not cause.

📌 Please send the video immediately after entering the room.
Kindly avoid saying “later po” or “mamaya po” because the video should serve as proof of the room’s condition before anything is used or moved.

Failure to comply: ₱500 penalty.

Help is voluntary it should never be given or expected by force.

Pero bakit po parang feeling namin, obligasyon na tumulong at isacrifice ang source of income din namin? Binaha rin po kami tulad ninyo. We were also affected by the crisis, and honestly, nasa survival mode din po kami.

Hindi naman po mayayaman ang mga nagpa-staycation. Lahat tayo kumakayod at may kanya-kanyang pinagdadaanan. Kaya sana maintindihan din po ninyo na may boundaries din ang kaya naming ibigay.

May mga inquiries pa nga po for September 26–27 na humihingi ng discount dahil nabaha sila. “Really?!” 😅

We understand na marami ang nangangailangan ngayon, and we genuinely want to help whenever we can. In fact, nagbibigay po kami ng relief at consideration sa mga nangangailangan without broadcasting it to everyone, because we do it sincerely and from the heart—not because we are obligated or forced to do so.

Tumutulong po kami dahil gusto namin, pero sana huwag naman pong umabot sa point na parang requirement na sa amin ang pagtulong. We are also trying to survive and recover. Sana may consideration din po sa side namin. 🙏

Check the page, reviews, previous guests, actual bookings, feedback, and other proofs available. Mas safe at mas reliable po ang sariling verification kaysa umasa lang sa sagot ng seller. 🫶

Ghost month daw… pero ghost month never felt! 🥺PRAISE GOD! ☝️🙏 All Glory to you🙏

Honestly, we were expecting August to be a little slower, pero look at what God has done—151 bookings in one month! 🥹✨

Kahit sobrang stress minsan dahil hindi na basta-basta makapag-screen ng guests, thank You, Lord, for these busy days. 🥺 Busy days are a blessing, and this kind of stress is something we once prayed for. 🤍

Sa bawat tahimik na araw, may dasal. Sa bawat pangamba, may tiwala. And once again, God showed us that He is always working behind the scenes. 🙏
