Passion fruit, Guava, Avocado, Pineapple, Banana,Cacao, Papaya and Citrus ā€” grown in the north of Siargao and harvested with the seasons.
These are some of the fruits that make their way from Kuya Willieā€™s farm to our kitchen at Trogonā€™s Perch.
What is ready changes with the season. And we think thatā€™s exactly how it should be.

From North Siargao to our table.

Much of the fruit we serve at Trogonā€™s begins here, at Kuya Willieā€™s farm in the north of Siargao.

Passion fruit, pineapple, avocado, guava, papaya, citrus and more ā€” grown locally, harvested with the seasons, and brought to our kitchen just a short distance away.
We spent the day with Kuya Willie, walking through the farm with Chef Sebastian, tasting what was ready and learning more about how it is grown.

This is the beginning of a story weā€™ve wanted to share for a while. Fresh. Local. Seasonal.
