One small island. Three big events.

All the off-season training is about to pay off at the Governor’s National Surfing Cup 2026! Held across three world-class surf breaks— Pacifico, Cloud 9, and Tangbo— this year’s circuit will once again serve as the proving grounds for the top surfers in the Philippines.

Get ready to make history. Winners of the Mayor Jaime Plaza Rusillon Cloud 9 Memorial Cup will be awarded wildcard spots to the prestigious World Surf League Championship Tour— another first for Siargao.

Three epic waves. One Siargao!

The Governor’s National Surfing Cup 2026 is organized by the SISA Siargao Island Surfers Association in partnership with the Province of Surigao del Norte. These events is sanctioned by United Philippine Surfing Association.
