* For the well-being of the guest, we are unable to accommodate pets at the property. Rest assured we've designed the space to be welcoming and comfortable for everyone.
* Security cameras are installed in outdoor areas of the property to ensure the safety of the guest. Cameras are not installed in private areas and recorded footages are only accessed by authorized personnel when necessary.
* Pool lights are only available from 7pm to 10:30pm. No pool fountain, no bubble.
* Please check our album for the digital copies of our Waiver and Policies as you need to sign a hard copy onsite.
* Sleeping capacity is 11 (2 double beds (4 pax), 2 single (2 pax) w/ 3 pull outs (3 pax) and an extra matress. Sofa is also an option for sleeping.
* There is no staff inside all through out your stay (for privacy) but our care taker is available for assistance and concern (her house is just at the back of the villa and she owns a small store)
