This newly build home comes with its own private 4 ft pool and kiddie pool right across the living area.
Kota Keluarga is only a 2.5 hour drive from Metro Manila and Ninoy Aquino International Airport ( NAIA). Its location provides a perfect home base for family outings . It is located at the Southeastern tip of Batangas province and can be reached by Skyway ( SLEX ) and Star Tollway a well maintain road.
Our guests can enjoy a prime location, nestled near the exclusive beach resort of Kota Keluarga and other stunning beaches in San Juan, Batangas. It's a mere ( 8 to 10 minutes) drive to an array of private beach resorts for day-tripping, including the popular Hugom Public Beach in Laiya , and the pebble beach of Lobo ( 50 minutes )

Our newly built 2-storey house is fully air-conditioned , equipped with ventilation and has a wifi plus a karaoke system for your entertainment. Our house is equipped for 15 guests max. Kids below 4 years old are free.

Kota Keluarga is a secure, 24/7 guarded village and for additional security, CCTVs are installed at main entrance and backdoors.
