Have you tried ulang-ulang, one of Marinduque's comforting dishes for rainy days? 🌧️🍲

Made with fresh ulang or shrimp, coconut water, shredded coconut, seasonal vegetables, and calamansi, this warm and flavorful dish is one of Panuluyan's Farmilya Favorites.

Especially during the rainy season, it's the kind of meal that makes you want to slow down and enjoy another bowl.
Come try ulang-ulang at Azotea Eatery at Panuluyan.

What really happens between a cacao pod and the chocolate we love? 🍫

We’re bringing Seed to Sip from Marinduque to Manila—giving you a hands-on look at how cacao goes from fresh pods to tablea and, finally, to a cup of hot tsokolate.

Open fresh cacao pods, separate the nibs, grind them by hand, and learn about the history of cacao, its place in Filipino culture, and the people behind every step.

Want to experience Seed to Sip in Manila? Comment “SEED”, and we’ll send you the details for our next session.💛

When was the last time you took a vacation where you didn't have to rush anywhere?

A 2025 Deloitte survey found that 34% of millennials and 40% of Gen Z respondents feel stressed or anxious all or most of the time. (Deloitte Global 2025 Gen Z and Millennial Survey)

And honestly, hindi na rin nakakagulat. Between work, traffic, long commutes, errands, and everything waiting for us on the weekend, sometimes even taking a vacation can feel like another thing on the to-do list.

So what happens when you finally have somewhere you don't have to rush?

One couple recently came to Panuluyan planning to stay for three days. They extended to four, then five, and were almost ready to stay for six.

They spent most of their time right here at Panuluyan: eating, resting, enjoying the farm, and simply having nowhere else they needed to be.

Maybe that's the kind of break you need, too.

Planning a trip to Marinduque? Save this for later. 🌿

From Luzon Datum, Palad Sandbar, local food, caves, cacao farms, pottery, and weaving, there’s a lot to experience beyond the usual Marinduque loop.

We recommend giving yourself 4–5 days so you can explore at a comfortable pace without spending your whole trip on the road.
And if you’re looking for a place to stay while exploring, Panuluyan Farmstay puts you close to the farm, local experiences, and the slower side of island life.

Comment “ISLAND”, and we’ll send you our Marinduque itinerary.

Looking for a side quest in Manila this long weekend?

Skip the usual and try something hands-on — learn how to make your own tablea from cacao beans, from roasting and grinding to your first sip.

Sessions will be held at J. Vaz. Co. (EDSA, Cubao) and Majikasa Cafe (Chino Roces Ave, Makati) - two unique spaces, one shared experience celebrating cacao, community, and craft.

Perfect if you’re looking for something new, creative, and a little more meaningful than your usual café visit.💚

Comment “SEED” and we’ll send you the details. Limited spots only.
