How we handle our guest’s feedback:
1. We listen. List down all concerns.
2. Take all the items that we can fix and set aside (for now) what’s beyond our scope.
3. Arrange all concerns based on urgency (+ budget). Then schedule maintenance.
4. Check site if everything goes according to plan after maintenance work.
5. Let another set of group try it.
6. Ask for feedback again

We offer free overnight dito sa 2nd site to our regular campers 💚 Then we asked for their feedback kung anu-ano pang kailangan ayusin.

And here’s the number 1 concern and challenge for us: Uneven pitching spot

It make look flat from afar, but when you drive or walk around may mga na-miss pa din kaming parts na hindi pantay sa campground.

So for this week, our task is to make it flat/even as much as we can. Kaya kaya in 4 days? 😅 We’ll keep you guys updated 👌
