BOOKING POLICY:
✅️ Down Payment: 50% required to lock in your date
✅️ Balance: Remaining balance due upon check-in
✅️ Security Deposit: ₱2,000 refundable
deposit required upon check-in (fully refunded at check-out if no damages occur)
✅️ Guest Agreement: Signing of a guest agreement is required upon arrival.
✅️ Reservation Policy: First-deposit basis; strictly no pencil bookings.
✅️ Refunds: Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
✅️ Late Check-in: Allowed, but check-out remains at 1:00 PM the following day.
