THE SPACE
Casa Andrea Tagaytay is located in a safe and quiet residential community.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, comfortably designed for 10–12 guests. We may consider accommodating up to 15 guests upon request, provided guests are comfortable with the sleeping arrangements.

Quiet Hours
Strictly implemented from:

To respect our neighbors and community, loud noises, parties, and excessive disturbances are not allowed during quiet hours
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
●No unregistered visitors or overnight guests allowed.
●The host reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the stay without refund for undeclared guests.
●The booking guest is fully responsible for all members of the group, including behavior, damages, and compliance with house rules.
●Violations may result in additional charges or immediate termination of stay without refund.
●Common areas are monitored by CCTV for safety and security.
●Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
●Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.
●Violation fee: ₱1,000 deep cleaning fee
●Any damages, stains, or malfunction must be reported immediately.
●Avoid all kinds of oil on the bed as it stain permanently and sheets cannot be reuse, resulting to penalty of P1,000.00.
●Unreported damages discovered after check-out will be charged accordingly.
●Food and drinks are not allowed inside the bedrooms and swimming pool.
POOL RULES
●Pool depth is approximately 4–4.5 ft
●Children must always be supervised by adults
●Proper swimming attire is required (Please avoid cotton clothing, maong and anything with zipper)
●Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool
●Do not add soaps, oils, bath salts, bubbles, or any chemicals into the pool
Pool Cleaning Penalty
If the pool becomes contaminated due to vomiting, defecation, pet dirt, or any incident requiring draining and water replacement, an additional cleaning fee of ₱5,000 will apply.
PET POLICY
●Maximum of 2 pets allowed
●Small to medium-sized pets only
●Please clean up after your pets responsibly
●Pets must wear diapers inside the bedrooms
●Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool

Additional Charges
●₱400 per hour for early check-in or late check-out
●15-minute grace period only
●Exceeding the grace period will automatically incur hourly charges
●We appreciate your understanding as we prepare the property for incoming guests.
CLAYGO (Clean As You Go)
●We kindly ask guests to leave the property clean and in the same condition as when they arrived.
●Please treat Casa Andrea as your own home.
ELECTRICITY, WATER & INTERNET
Unexpected interruptions in electricity, water, or internet service are beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist guests should these situations occur.
