To: Famous food management/Staff in General Trias Cavite
We are truly disappointed by the behavior displayed during your stay at our resort.
Despite being part of the food industry where cleanliness, proper hygiene, and professionalism are expected the area was turned over in an extremely messy condition, with vomit, trash, and damaged facilities left behind.
What’s even more disappointing is leaving negative feedback despite the fact that we have complete video documentation proving the resort was clean and properly prepared before your arrival.
House rules and guidelines were clearly explained, yet many were ignored. Excessive noise continued past 12AM, causing disturbance and showing lack of consideration and respect.
The ₱3,000 security deposit honestly was not enough to cover the damages and inconvenience caused.
We welcome all guests, but irresponsible behavior, lack of basic courtesy, and disrespect toward resort property will never be tolerated.
Because of these misleading and irresponsible reviews, our business and bookings have been affected unfairly.
It’s disappointing that guests who violated house rules, caused damages, excessive mess, and disturbances are now trying to twist the story publicly. We have complete documentation and evidence regarding the actual condition of the resort before and after the stay.
Maybe people should also ask:
Can resort owners demand damages for false and misleading reviews that affect a business reputation and cause loss of bookings? Hmm.
We value honest feedback and accept constructive criticism professionally. But spreading misleading statements while ignoring one’s own behavior and accountability is a different matter.
Respect goes both ways.
