By virtue of Proclamation No. 894, September is observed as 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀—an opportunity to celebrate the people, places, culture, and experiences that make every journey meaningful.

Here in the Happy Island, we celebrate tourism through the stories of our people, the richness of our culture and heritage, the flavors of our local cuisine, and the natural treasures that continue to draw visitors to our shores.

Our kitchen staff is currently undergoing a comprehensive 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 at the ARDCI Hotel Sky Deck. Conducted in two batches from September 3–4 and September 5–6, 2026, this initiative ensures we consistently deliver safe, high-quality, and delicious dining experiences for all our guests.

A special thank you to our expert speaker, Mr. Marvin Paulo P. Enriquez, Food Safety Officer/Trainer from TESDA CASIFMAS (Camarines Sur Institute of Fisheries and Marine Sciences), Pasacao, Camarines Sur.
