With 887 km of cycle-friendly routes, cycling is part of our city’s lifestyle. And since May, our network has taken you even further 👉 along EuroVelo 10, you can rent a bike in Gdansk, ride to Copenhagen (for an epic journey of around 900 km) and leave it there or start in Denmark and make Gdansk your finish line.

[MOVING TOGETHER 👣] In Tórshavn, the CityDNA community identified the changes reshaping Europe’s city destinations.

In Verona, the focus moves towards collective answers.

Three member-led workshops will place the experience of DMOs and CVBs at the centre of the conversation. Instead of traditional presentations, participants will work through shared challenges in focused round-table discussions.

The insights captured will feed into the conference closing session and contribute to the development of CityDNA’s 2027-2030 strategy.

Moving Together is not only a conference theme. It is a way of shaping the future of the visitor economy through peer learning, evidence and collective action.

🇬🇧 In our Green Key Stories series, we return to Scandic Gdańsk. Strong numbers for Gdańsk Airport and another sign of the city’s growing international connectivity. ✈️

Nearly 3.7 million passengers in the first half of 2026 — 11% more than a year ago — and 14% more flight operations.

For Gdańsk and the wider region, strong air connectivity means easier access for both leisure travellers and the international business community. We’re looking forward to building on this momentum.

Prawie 3,7 mln pasażerów w pierwszym półroczu 2026 roku! ✈️📈

Od stycznia do czerwca obsłużyliśmy dokładnie 3 694 606 pasażerów – to o 11% więcej niż w tym samym okresie ubiegłego roku. Wzrosła też liczba operacji lotniczych, których było 31 754, czyli o 14% więcej niż rok wcześniej.

Coraz chętniej latacie również na wakacje czarterami ☀️ W pierwszym półroczu z takich połączeń skorzystało 282 798 pasażerów, czyli o 15,8% więcej niż w 2025 roku. Najpopularniejsze kierunki czarterowe to Antalya w Turcji oraz Marsa Alam i Hurghada w Egipcie 🇪🇬

W ruchu regularnym najczęściej wybieraliście Londyn, Oslo i Kopenhagę 🌍
