Sztuka i Partnerzy We strive to balance needs of people and communities we create with nature and obligations to protect it.

S&P Landscape Architecture (S&P) is a landscape studio with offices in Warsaw (Poland) and Ekaterinburg (Russian Federation). The geography of our projects covers China, Russia, Middle East, Poland and other European countries. We use integrated landscape planning and landscape design as a means to deal with concerns over climate change, quality of life, and biodiversity. S&P believes that landscape architecture is about creating communities and culture as much as it’s about creating spaces “for life to happen within them”. What we do:
• Parks and public realm
• Housing projects
• Office centers
• Hotels and leisure
• Historical parks and private gardens
• Shopping malls
• Landscape for education and play
• Landscape strategies and Planning

S&P is currently contributing to the Essence Residence luxury housing development in Marbella for InvestHome Development — a project that combines the atmosphere of a high-end tropical resort with the technical demands of contemporary climate-resilient residential design.

In developments such as Essence Residence in Marbella, luxury is no longer defined only by architecture, pools, and elegant outdoor spaces. It is equally shaped by how well the project responds to heat, water use, landscape performance, and long-term environmental quality.

Our input focuses on three closely connected areas: sustainable water management, green roof technology, and climate resilience. The aim is to help create a landscape setting that feels lush, calm, and refined, while also performing intelligently in the specific conditions of the Costa del Sol.

For S&P, this is an important part of what defines the future of luxury housing: places that preserve exclusivity and resort-style comfort, while integrating advanced environmental thinking in a seamless and understated way.

Essence Residence by Investhome is the kind of project where luxury atmosphere, landscape quality, and environmental intelligence must work seamlessly as one.

While our work often shapes large public realms and urban frameworks, our design philosophy is just as meaningful in private landscapes.

This residence in Wiltshire, UK, is a quiet example of how landscape architecture can transform intimate settings into places of beauty, balance, and wellbeing.

Thoughtfully composed planting, natural material transitions, and a deep respect for context bring the space to life. Calm, seasonal, and human-centered.

And just as importantly, it becomes a family space: a garden to gather, play, share meals, and create lasting memories across generations.

Because at S&P, scale doesn’t determine significance. Whether a public park or a private garden, every project is designed with care, sustainability, and purpose.
