Há ruas que mudam com a luz, monumentos que pedem uma segunda visita e almoços que não devem ser interrompidos por um check-out.

Há cerca de cinco séculos, este espaço fazia parte da adega-lagar do Convento. Hoje, é aqui que o Divinus propõe uma leitura contemporânea do Alentejo.

Da preparação da sala ao prato finalizado pelo Chef, tudo parte da mesma ideia: respeitar o lugar, o produto e a história que lhes dá contexto.

No Divinus, a história não está apenas à volta da mesa. Também chega ao prato.

Around five centuries ago, this space formed part of the Convent’s former wine cellar and press. Today, Divinus offers a contemporary interpretation of the Alentejo.

From the preparation of the dining room to the Chef’s final plating, everything begins with the same idea: respect for the place, the produce and the history that gives them context.

At Divinus, history does not simply surround the table. It reaches the plate.

Entra nos tratamentos através do azeite, da lavanda e do alecrim.
Aqui, a paisagem passa a fazer parte do ritual.

No Convento, há caminhos, jardins e espaço para os mais pequenos explorarem - e história, mesa e tempo para os restantes continuarem a viajar como adultos.

Os monges cozinhavam aqui.
Hoje, a massa é fina, o forno está aceso e os sabores italianos entraram na antiga cozinha do Convento.
