Join us for a full day of yoga and herbal exploration in the beautiful setting of CasaBela. A rustic land, cottage and yurt set in amongst the trees and river. We will be exploring the themes of spring and the cleansing of ourselves through breathwork, meditation, asana, sauna sessions and cold river dips, whilst exploring herbalism through intuition and herbal yoga.

Includes yummy vegetarian lunch, light snacks, and herbal tea throughout the day.

An immersion into traditional West African village-style percussion, designed and facilitated not only as a technical music study but also as a transformative journey of self-discovery and empowerment. No experience required; instruction accommodates all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Shamanic Family Constellation is a group process that can help break harmful patterns passed down through generations. Many of us unknowingly adopt negative behaviour or emotions from our families, leading to issues like anxiety, depression, or addiction. This process allows us to identify and change these patterns, leading to a healthier and happier life. Both family constellation and shamanism share similar spiritual principles. By involving our ancestors, who play a key role in family constellation work, we can heal deep-seated family wounds and find resolution.

🌿 We were very happy to host Cannon's Drumming workshop here at Casabela.
Participants enjoyed a fun filled day of learning different drumming patterns in a West African Style.
Don't worry if you missed the last one, we are doing another one.. this time a bit longer as well.

Celebrate Imbolc full moon with Creative Workshops & ritual.
We call the Muse Goddess Brigid in this seasonal shift to vivify our Arts:
Channel divine inspiration into Creativity: Clay sculpture, drawing, verse, breath work, chanting & movement. A non-judgemental space to experiment with new forms of expression and experience trance techniques: Sufi drum-breath, dervish, pareidolia, glossolalia and chakra tones, employing Sauna, Spring, fire and river in the creative process.

A unique opportunity to share inspiration with acclaimed artists Melissa Shemanna & Orryelle (Aus.), who run workshops, exhibit art and facilitate group rituals globally. Melissa is also a trained yoga teacher www.honeybeetemple.org

The day will culminate in a short musical performance by Orryelle (violin and voice) and a collective creative trance ritual.

🌿 No dia 3 de fevereiro honrámos Imbolc na Casabela. Formou-se primeiramente um círculo no deck com vista para o rio. Após este início comunitário, o grupo embrenhou-se na criação de cruzes de Brigid, personificando a tradição e a unidade.

Seguidamente os participantes entregaram-se à rejuvenescedora sauna e a um mergulho refrescante no rio, reforçando a ligação com a natureza e uns com os outros. Ao passar para o yurt encontraram um ambiente de movimento e introspecção, com dança e respiração, promovendo um sentido profundo de harmonia e celebração.

À medida que a noite avançava, um momento intenso foi partilhado através da cerimónia de fogo, simbolizando a renovação e a transformação. As festividades terminaram com uma refeição partilhada, tendo sido criadas memórias de uma maravilhosa celebração de Imbolc na Casabela.

🌿 On Saturday 3rd of February at Casabela, people gathered to honor Imbolc, forming a circle on the wooden deck, overlooking the river. Following this communal beginning, the group engaged in the crafting of Brigid crosses, embodying tradition and unity.

After making the crosses, participants indulged in a rejuvenating sauna session and a refreshing dip in the river, enhancing the connection with nature and each other. Transitioning to the yurt, the atmosphere shifted to one of movement and introspection, as everyone enjoyed dancing and breathwork, fostering a deeper sense of harmony and celebration.

As the evening progressed, a profound moment was shared through a fire ceremony, symbolizing renewal and transformation. The festivities concluded with a shared feast, leaving lasting memories of a wonderful Imbolc celebration at Casabela.
