Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Short-Term Rental Manager located in Madeira Island, Portugal. The Short-Term Rental Manager will be responsible for managing rental properties, administering leases, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the check-in and check-out process, maintaining property conditions, coordinating cleaning and maintenance services, and responding to guest inquiries and issues promptly.
Qualifications
-Experience in Rental Management and Lease Administration is beneficial
-Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
-Proven track record in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
-Proficiency in English and Portuguese is beneficial
-Knowledge of property management software is a plus
-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
