The situation of local accommodations (AL) in Portugal has become even more worrying, with the entry of Proposal for Law n.o 71/XV/1.a in the AR, and requires a quick and firm response.
The government wants to pass a set of measures that threatens the survival of the sector and we cannot allow that to happen.

That's why we launched this urgent crowdfunding campaign, to raise funds so that we can start a battle against these measures that intend to exterminate local accommodation.

We need to raise funds to pay for all the necessary initiatives to defend our sector and guarantee the livelihood of so many families.
With your donations, we will be able to finance legal actions and political lobbying, as well as awareness campaigns and public mobilization.

Local accommodation is an economic activity of great importance and impact in Portugal, which employs many workers and contributes to the development of the economy and local communities. We cannot allow the government to implement measures that so severely harm the sector and the economy as a whole.

Join us in this battle and make your donation now. Every contribution is essential to the success of this campaign. We cannot sit idly by while the future of local accommodation in Portugal is called into question.

The issuance of receipts for donations will also be carried out by ALEP, after the closing of the campaign, so you must keep the proof of donation to later request, by email, the respective receipt to the Association.

NOTE 2:
The organization of this campaign is independent from the ALEP Association, and its sole and exclusive objective is to gather funds to support the defense of local accommodation. There is no quid pro quo or benefit involved. The management of the amounts collected in this campaign will be entirely the responsibility of ALEP.
