Great holiday apartments (art of interiors) combined with an excellent personal service (art of hospitality) in the center of Lisbon.

Alojamentos Locais de excelência com serviço personalizado no centro de Lisboa. Diva Apartments is a brand that came to life in 2014, though its origin goes back o 2008. The founding member’s main activity was and still is, buying properties mainly in the old town of Lisbon for renovation, architecture and interior design to be sold afterwards. At the time, they had the idea of renting some of the owned properties situated in a charming historical building, right in the heart of Lisbon’s historical and most central neighborhood – Baixa Pombalina. Providing guests with unique, clean, spacious and excellently located vacation rentals, with refined taste in the quality and design, and combining it with a professional but friendly and easy hosting, got the attention of neighbors and other property owners and also from clients that had renovated houses by them, and soon wanted and started to work together. Today, Diva Apartments, a part of Space Creation, Ltd, is an established brand and, provides the same quality, personal service and comfort experience, offering up to 20 excellence apartments ranging from 2 up until 8 guests, in some of the finest Lisbon´s neighborhoods, such as Baixa, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Santos, Parque das Nações, Almirante Reis, and also in the Algarve. Stay in one of our Diva Apartments for an unforgettable experience.

"Three couples stayed here prior to boarding a cruise. It was our first time in Lisbon and we could not have made a better selection. Martin and his team were exceptionally helpful with everything from restaurant recommendations to getting a car from the airport to meeting us directly at the apartment to ensure that checkin was easy and quick. The apartment has plenty of room, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is large. The best part about the apartment is the location. It is in the heart of the downtown, but a few blocks removed from the main street. Everything was very walkable or easy to get to public transit. Loved it and would absolutely return."

“As a Family of 6 adults and an infant we stayed for 1 week at the start of September. The villa was exactly as described and more, excellent facilities, spotlessly clean, spacious rooms and the size of the pool was great which made our weeks stay perfect. Vilamoura Marina is a 30 minute pleasant walk, there is a path that takes you all the way to the centre. There is small supermarket just around the corner which was very convenient. Martin was so helpful and accommodating throughout the stay - I would definitely return and recommend this villa.”

“This flat was perfect for our family (we had our 2 sons in their early twenties and grandparents around 80 years old), so we chose the place for city centre location, no steep hills and a lift and aircon for the grandparents. We were not disappointed! The flat is beautiful and spacious and so easy to access all central sights and get public transport around the city. Also, Luis was able to recommend and book any tours you want to do (we did tuk tuk), advise and book special restaurants he booked our transport to airport as it was for 6 of us at 4am! Highly recommend this place.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home, and the space was even better than we expected, and far better than the pictures!
The hosts were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property, location, and hospitality were all fantastic, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable Airbnb experience!”

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, clean and comfortable four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment right in the heart of Lisbon. It was the perfect base for the three families to explore the city, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our trip. For me, the air conditioning provided a full 10/10 in comfort, while my wife says that although the bathroom setup wasn’t designed by her, she found it surprisingly practical and easy to use! A big thank you to Diva and her management team for all their help and prompt responses. You have been both professional and incredibly kind. We would sincerely recommend this apartment to any of our friends planning a trip to Lisbon!"
