Summer here doesn’t need much planning.

Summer here usually starts the same way.

Someone makes coffee and takes it outside. Kids head straight for the pool.
A book appears on the table and stays there for hours.

By lunchtime, no one is checking the time anymore. The afternoon stretches between the pool, the garden and long meals that don’t end quickly.

Nothing spectacular happens. That’s exactly why people come back ☀️
