CONFIRMATION OF EXPULSION AND DECREE OF DESTITUTION
TRANSLATION
I, Mons. Manuel António Mendes dos Santos, by Grace of God and of the Holy Apostolic See, Bishop of São Tomé and Príncipe, as Protector of the Royal Brotherhood of the Order of Saint Michael of the Wing and of the Royal Confraternity of the Holy Constable (Laicado Carmelitano) Associations Canonically erected in this Diocese under the High Patronage of the Royal Portuguese House, by means of this Decree and in accordance with the Statutes of said Associations, and after personal confirmation of HRH the Duke of Bragança, HERBY CONFIRM and
COMMUNICATE:
1. That according to the deliberations of the RISMA Judge and the Constable-Mór of the RCSC of November 6, 2016 regarding serious unjustifiable offenses committed against my Chaplain - Deputy Father Fr. John Guilbert Mariani and my Secretary General RISMA And Diocesan Fundraiser Carlos Evaristo, which are slanderous and difamitory in nature and have thus violated Article VII, Section c), d), j), el) of the Statutes that determine the EXPULSION "ipso facto" of Timothy Richard Heinan as Confrere member and Knight of the Royal Brotherhood of the Order of Saint Michael of the Wing and as Confrade and member of the Royal Confraternity of the Holy Constable Saint Frei Nuno de Santa Maria Àves Pereira (Carmelite Laity) and also as a member of all other organizations under the High Patronage of Portuguese Royal House;
2. The SUSPENSION of the Protocol agreement signed between the Royal Confraternity of the Holy Constable (Laicado Carmelitano) and the Blessed Nuno Society and all forms of representation exercised by the said Blessed Nuno Society or by the Ex-Confrere Timothy Richard Heinan;
3. As Protector of the Oureana Cultural Historical Foundation which, under the Protocol signed with the Portuguese Royal House which determines as binding in the Dynastic Orders of the Portuguese Royal House, all deliberations of dismissal taken by the Protecting Bishops, I declare that Timothy Richard Heinan is DESTITUTED of all honors, favors and degrees conferred by the Head of the Royal Portuguese House, including the title of Knight in the Order of Our Lady of the Conception of Vila Viçosa, granted through the Protocol Regina Mundi 2000, celebrated with the aforesaid gentleman in representation of the Solar Lusitania Partners, as denounced by the proprietor on the 6th of this month with the sale of the property known as Casa Alta;
4. That Timothy Richard Heinan as of today is henceforth PERSONA NON GRATA of said organizations and of the Portuguese Royal House.
