Assim foi o primeiro jantar do The Chef’s Journey, que reuniu o Chef Paulo Leite e o Chef Duarte Eira, num encontro que recuperou as suas raízes aveirenses e as cruzou com os produtos e sabores dos Açores.
A viagem continua com um novo capítulo dedicado aos encontros e aprendizagens que marcaram o percurso de Paulo Leite.
No dia 14 de novembro, o Chef volta a reunir-se com Ricardo Costa, do restaurante gastronómico do The Yeatman, para revisitar uma etapa importante da sua carreira. Um reencontro que recupera experiências partilhadas e as transforma num novo diálogo gastronómico.

This was the first dinner of The Chef’s Journey, bringing together Chef Paulo Leite and Chef Duarte Eira for an evening that revisited their roots in Aveiro and combined them with the produce and flavours of the Azores.
