Welcome to Guesthouse Pachel, our small adults-only guesthouse in Ponta do Sol, Madeira.

I’m Patricia. Together with Michel, I look forward to welcoming you to the place we call home. A place for exploring the island, slowing down and finding yourself saying, “Shall we just stay here today?” ☀️

Our two holiday homes, Casa Sol for two and Casa Vista for up to six, each give you your own space. And outside, there’s more to enjoy…

A saltwater infinity pool overlooking the Atlantic. A garden path leading to a shady lounge. A shared BBQ area where dinner can turn into a board game and another glass. And a fire pit for those evenings when the sunset deserves your full attention. 🥂

Meet Casa Sol, our holiday home for two at Guesthouse Pachel, an adults-only guesthouse in Ponta do Sol, Madeira.

Green shutters, a cosy bedroom, your own kitchen and a living room where putting your feet up counts as a perfectly good plan. Outside, a covered private terrace waits for slow breakfasts, another coffee and that book you’ve been meaning to finish.

There’s a hanging chair, too. We’ll leave you to negotiate whose turn it is. 😉

Spend your days exploring Madeira’s levada walks, mountain landscapes and coastal villages. Then come back for a dip in the saltwater infinity pool, with views over the Atlantic Ocean. The pool is shared with guests staying in Casa Vista.

Wat een heerlijke review! Je enthousiasme is dwars door het scherm heen te voelen, wij zitten hier met een grote glimlach te lezen. 🥰 En “de leukste hosts van de wereld”, daar gaan we bijna van naast onze slippers lopen! 😉😂
