Dear friends and cherished guests,
We’re writing to share that we are stepping into a beautiful new chapter. Thanks to your past visits, kind words, and continued interest, we have the joy of growing into something even more special—thoughtfully expanding our spaces and experiences to create an even more memorable stay.
As this transformation begins, our doors are now gently closed while the magic takes shape, with an anticipated reopening in spring 2027.
When we welcome you back, a few lovely surprises will be waiting. Our new restaurant will deepen our farm-to-table story, serving seasonal meals inspired by the rhythms of our kitchen garden and farm. A serene wellness centre will offer a full spa with plunge pools, three distinct sauna experiences, and other restorative corners of calm, alongside a fully equipped gym for those who find renewal in movement. We will also introduce new suite accommodations—quiet, comfortable retreats designed for rest, reflection, and connection to the landscape around us.
All of this is being created as an inviting oasis—an authentic Alentejano experience nestled within the small village of Vila Nova da Baronia—where the people are kind and life is still slow and of another time. The countryside is beautiful as well as peaceful, a perfect place to rest, unwind and be pampered.
We look forward to sharing glimpses of the journey along the way, and most of all, to welcoming you back when spring returns in 2027.
