We’ve just cleared the trail, and soon we’ll transform it into a beautiful nature path, connecting the hotel to the river—a peaceful place for walks, fresh air, and moments surrounded by nature.

Suntem foarte mândri că proiectul nostru, al cărui arhitectură este creată de Tecon Architects (cheers Andrei Bisceanu !) a fost selectat și expus în cadrul BDF , la Work In Progress. Totul îtr-o atmosferă relaxată, la Gradina Olovina , o oază în miez de București, la o bere bună și caramelizată Olovina ✨

Some stories are waiting to be rescued.
The wood collection of academician Andrei Oțetea — born & buried in Sibiel — sits today in an old barn, unknown to most. Hundreds of objects of traditional Transylvanian craft, gathered by his wife in the 1950s when no one cared that much for culture.
H Retreat was built on the same soil. We carry the same passion.

Now that the structure and most of the exterior finishes are complete — and not only that, we’ve already moved on to MEP installations — we wanted to clarify the transition from “guesthouse” to “boutique hotel” by putting together the key dimensions and benchmarks that define H Retreat.
These are numbers that reflect several years of intense work, years that have brought us invaluable experience and remind us that any dream can become reality.
