🎉 CSW- Day 2 🎉🍨⚽🎾🇸🇦

The celebration continued with Day-2, where everyone enjoyed a special Saudi lunch, bringing a taste of local tradition, while a variety of wellness and sports activities kept the energy high throughout the day.

Our ladies embraced moments of relaxation and fun through Tennis and Meditation Sessions, while our male colleagues enjoyed an exciting Paddle experience. The competitive spirit came alive once again during the Football Tournament. To top it all off, a refreshing ice cream distribution added a sweet touch to the day's festivities.

Another memorable day of appreciation, connection, and celebration as we continue recognizing the people who make our hotel exceptional every day. Stay tuned there's still more to come!

Yesterday’s heartfelt “Thank You” gathering set the perfect tone, and today we turned up the flavour, literally!

To keep the Celebrate Service Week momentum going, we treated our entire team to a special Al Baik lunch, because nothing says “we appreciate you” like a crispy, delicious meal shared together. From the front desk to housekeeping, engineering to F&B, every colleague took a well-deserved break to enjoy this small but heartfelt gesture of gratitude.

An incredible morning marked the kickoff of our Celebrate Service Week, with beautiful outdoor vibes bringing colleagues together in a vibrant atmosphere filled with energy, smiles, and team spirit.

Our General Manager, Mr. Mohammad Abdullah, warmly welcomed everyone and expressed his appreciation for the dedication, passion, and unique contributions that each colleague brings to our hotel's success, setting the perfect tone for a week dedicated to celebrating our people.

To make the occasion even sweeter, the HR team distributed 🍬🍫 candy boxes and joined colleagues in capturing memorable moments from the celebration.

We were honored to host students from the International Technical College for Girls in Madinah for an immersive educational visit at Crowne Plaza Madinah.

The session focused on three key pillars of hospitality excellence, We were honored to host students from the International Technical College for Girls in Madinah for an immersive educational visit at Crowne Plaza Madinah.

The session focused on three key pillars of hospitality excellence, workplace safety protocols, Hospitality standards & guest service and Operational best practices in a live hotel environment.
Beyond theory, we walked them through real-life safety procedures, day-to-day operations, and what it truly means to create a safe, welcoming space for both guests and colleagues.
