Celebrating Our People, Creating Crafted Connections!

What happens when appreciation meets laughter, teamwork, and a little friendly competition? You get a memorable monthly gathering at Crowne Plaza Madinah!

Today, we came together to celebrate what truly makes our hotel special, our people! From recognising colleagues who brought our IHG values to life through their actions, every moment was a reminder that great hospitality begins with great people.

But the excitement didn’t stop there! Our gathering turned into a stage of laughter, energy, and unforgettable moments as our Heads of Departments stepped away from their usual roles and joined the fun in a lively game of Musical Chairs! The enthusiasm, friendly competition, and cheers from the crowd made it a moment to remember!

Today’s gathering also embraced the importance of breast cancer awareness, reminding us that caring goes beyond hospitality. Together, we stand for awareness, early detection, and supporting those affected by breast cancer.

A special thanks to Mr. Ashraf Refaat for personally recognising and rewarding our outstanding colleagues, and to our entire management team for actively participating, engaging their teams, and making these moments truly meaningful.
