خطوة مهمة جديدة في رسم مستقبل مدينة المعرفة الاقتصادية.
وقّعت مدينة المعرفة الاقتصادية مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة الماجدية وشركة كابيتال هيل لتطوير مشروع سكني وتجاري جديد يمتد على مساحة تقارب 97,000 متر مربع، ويضم نحو 2,700 شقة سكنية و8,000 متر مربع من المساحات التجارية.
وبقيمة تقديرية للمشروع تبلغ 2.8 مليار ريال سعودي، وإيرادات متوقعة تتجاوز 4 مليارات ريال سعودي، يعزز المشروع نمو منطقة ملتقى ويدعم رؤية مدينة المعرفة الاقتصادية في إنشاء وجهة متكاملة للسكن والأعمال والضيافة والتجزئة والتجارب المجتمعية في المدينة المنورة.
ويمثل المشروع لبنة جديدة في مسيرة تحول مدينة المعرفة الاقتصادية إلى وجهة حضرية متميزة ومترابطة.

KEC has signed an MOU with
and Capital Hill for a new residential and commercial development spanning approximately 97,000 sqm, with around 2,700 residential apartments and 8,000 sqm of commercial space.
With an estimated project value of SAR 2.8 billion and expected revenues exceeding SAR 4 billion, the project strengthens the growing Multaqa district and advances KEC’s vision of creating an integrated destination for living, business, hospitality, retail and community experiences in Madinah.
Another building block in the transformation of KEC into a distinctive, connected urban destination.
