A few small reminders can help you avoid leaving behind chargers, personal belongings, or active streaming accounts.

Inside the Guest Portal, you’ll find guidance for:

If you’d like a beach or an island to yourself, this is the best place in the world for it.
Sweden has more islands than any other country in the world, as many as 267,570, and Norrbotten County has more islands than any other county in Sweden — over 17,000 in total.
Along the coast, in the Bay of Bothnia archipelago, there are more than 4,000 islands, and less than half a percent are inhabited.
You will find clear water, fresh air, clean beaches, and quiet places that still feel untouched.
When southern Europe gets too hot, come up north for the perfect weather and an average of 12 hours of sun per day.

A Living Sámi Tradition. For many visitors, northern Sweden is often connected with winter, snow and the northern lights. But summer in Norrland is just as special to discover, with bright nights, open landscapes and traditions that are closely connected to the land.

These photos show reindeer calf marking, which usually takes place in Sweden from around midsummer until the end of July.

During this period, the reindeer are gathered in large enclosures. The reindeer herders identify the calves by watching which mother, or vaja, they follow. Each calf is then marked with the owner’s unique cut in the ear.

The exact timing can vary depending on the Sámi village, the weather and where the reindeer are grazing. It is an intense and important part of the reindeer herding year, and also a family tradition within Sámi culture.

Sápmi is the traditional homeland of the Sámi people, stretching across northern parts of Sweden, Norway, Finland and Russia.

If you want wine or alcohol: it’s only sold at Systembolaget. Bring ID if you look under 25.

2. Map your daily essentials
Grocery store, parking, route to work, gym.
(Gym access is included when you stay with us.)
Test everything right away
WiFi, shower, heating — anything you rely on.
If something’s off, tell us early. We fix it fast.

3. Unpack fully (not halfway)
Clothes out. Bathroom set. Workspace ready.
