Christmas celebrations at Paradox Singapore Merchant Court bring together traditional festive favourites, premium seafood and live cooking stations at Ellenborough Market Café.

The Festive Celebrations Buffet features an extensive selection of seasonal dishes, with roasted turkey accompanied by caramelised pineapple and cinnamon apple sauce, alongside honey-glazed gammon ham.

One of the main attractions is the chef-led live stations, featuring pan-seared foie gras, baked cheese oysters and pasta alla ruota prepared with garlic cream sauce and truffle.

Seafood takes centre stage with Boston lobster, Singapore chilli slipper lobster, seafood paella and miso-glazed salmon. The spread also includes harissa beef stew and a selection of appetisers, bringing together familiar Christmas classics and international flavours.

For dessert, festive creations include gingerbread citrus gâteau, chocolate cherry yule log, vanilla chestnut rice pudding and pistachio madeleines.

The regular Festive Buffet runs from 13 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, while the special Festive Celebrations Buffet is served on 24, 25 and 31 December 2026, and 1 January 2027.
