Holding a dual role as President of The Americas and Partner at HBA San Francisco, Meghann Day has been central to the studio’s early momentum and continuing rise. Over her 20-year leadership tenure, HBA San Francisco has extended its reach into Mexico, while its portfolio continues to draw national and international acclaim.
As President of The Americas, Meghann sets the operational rhythm and strategic direction across HBA's five regional offices. Her influence can be seen in the growth and cohesion of the San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, Atlanta, and New York studios, championing integrated collaboration, advancing design innovation, strengthening HBA’s global brand presence in the region, and mentoring the next generation of designers.
A true student of the world, Meghann’s distinctive approach to style and design is shaped by her intrepid travels and a deep curiosity for culture. That perspective comes through in spaces that feel both considered and poetic, where form meets function, across an expansive body of work spanning luxury hospitality and residences, spas, wineries, and new-build developments. Meghann has been recognised by Boutique Design B18, and she also serves on the Hospitality Design Editorial Advisory Board.
