For two nights only on 20 and 21 August 2026, Keyaki welcomes acclaimed guest chef Yuko Furuya, owner-chef of Kenrantei in Kobe, Japan, for a special four-hand dining experience with our Executive Japanese Chef Teruya Noriyoshi.⁣

Renowned for her refined interpretation of Japanese home-style cuisine, Chef Yuko helms a by-appointment-only private dining restaurant that hosts an exclusive group of guests each day. Joining her is Chef Teruya, whose culinary philosophy is rooted in seasonality, precision and an aesthetic inspired by nature. ⁣

Together, the chefs will present a curated eight-course menu that brings together their distinct culinary philosophies and signature creations. Priced at $300++ per person, the menu features Wagyu Beef Sirloin Shabu-shabu, Kuruma-ebi Mille-feuille with Uni and Wasabi, Trio of Hokkaido Specialities, and King Crab Tempura with Homemade Tomato Chilli Salsa.⁣
