There comes a moment when a place has to decide what it wants to become.

For Peterc Vineyard Estate, that moment was 2026.

We had a villa.
We had vineyards.
We had guests, rooms, breakfasts, w**e, and beautiful days.

But somewhere along the way, we understood that Peterc Vineyard Estate was never meant to be simply another place to stay.

So we stopped asking how to make Peterc Vineyard Estate a better hotel.

We began asking a different question:

What could Peterc Vineyard Estate become if we stopped trying to be a hotel at all?

The answer began in the vineyard.

A house made private.
A table made personal.
Time without hurry.
W**e grown where you are staying.
Nature not as scenery, but as part of the experience.
Wellbeing without a spa.
Rest without an agenda.
And a way of living that belongs to this place — and nowhere else.

The vineyard is no longer the backdrop.

The vineyard is the experience.

This is why Peterc Vineyard Estate is entering a new chapter: from accommodation towards a private European lifestyle experience, created for one group at a time.

Not more rooms.
Not more facilities.
Not more noise.

Something rarer:

a world of your own.

We are exploring what happens when w**e, sleep, nature, wellbeing and longevity meet in one living landscape.

This is where Peterc Grape Longevity begins.

And perhaps this is the most important change of all:

We are no longer trying to fit Peterc Vineyard Estate into an existing category.

We are creating its own.

Not a hotel.
Not simply a villa.
Not a spa.
Not a retreat in the usual sense.

A private world in the vineyard.

The awards belong to the story of what Peterc Vineyard Estate has been.

The future belongs to what we dare to make of it.

Our ambition is not to stand above other places.

It is to become unmistakably ourselves.

So that one day, someone simply says:

“Peterc Vineyard Estate?
That private vineyard estate in borderless tree worlds, tree cultures and tree countries.
The one that has its own way of living.”

Welcome to one a kind Peterc Vineyard Estate.

One estate.
One group.
One private world.
One Peterc.

September is for figs. 💚

This week at , the vineyard is full of that jammy, jewel-toned fruit — and we’re finding a hundred ways to enjoy it.

Our favourites?

Fig morning cake — fresh figs arranged edge to edge over an olive-oil sponge. Add a little fig jam and cream… and breakfast becomes something else entirely.

Figs & prosciutto — warm from the oven with a little blue cheese, or simply cold with balsamic vinegar and thyme.

Fresh from the basket — picked in the morning, cooled overnight, then enjoyed with yoghurt or creamy ricotta.

And sometimes, the figs don’t even make it to the kitchen…

They sit in Peterc grandmother’s silver bowl, becoming the most beautiful decoration on the table. ✨

We love them all.

How do you enjoy figs in September?

Share your little fig secret with us — or come to Peterc Vineyard Estate and we’ll eat them together. 🤎

This is Peterc Lifestyle and it can be yours as well.

Peterc zgodba o zajtrku - razkošje katerega podarite sebi, zdaj v Bloomberg Adria
Peterc koncept je: home made, local, seasonal, fresh.

Kissing the Spring at Peterc Vineyard Estate🌸

A private vineyard luxury villa where you book the whole story

A literary short story about a vineyard, a journey, and the quiet rebirth of a traveler
You will not remember the exact moment the idea first appeared—only that it came softly, like a question whispered to you by someone you trusted long ago:
When was the last time you truly tasted your own life?
And that was how the journey began.
WHY
You did not choose Peterc Vineyard Estate the way one chooses hotels or holiday rentals.
You chose it the way one chooses a refuge.
Because there comes a time—somewhere between responsibility and routine—when the soul begins to wilt, quietly, like vines that haven’t seen the sun. You didn’t need a vacation; vacations are interruptions. You needed a place that restores something.
Friends spoke of Peterc not as a destination but as a presence.
“A vineyard with a heartbeat,” someone said.
“A home that feels like it remembers you,” said another.
You looked at the pictures, yes. The elegant villa nestled among vines that stretch toward the horizon, the hills folding gently like pages of an ancient book, the warm, golden hush that settles over the estate at dusk. But these were only surface truths.
What called to you was the promise beneath:
that you wouldn’t simply stay there—
you would belong there, even if briefly.
At Peterc Vineyard Estate, they say you come not to rent a home, but to step into a lifestyle woven from slow mornings, honest food, laughter carried by open windows, and an elegance so deep it feels like kindness.
