PARAMARIBO — OGi Teppanyaki & Sushi Bar van Ramada Paramaribo Princess Hotel is uitgeroepen tot ‘Most Outstanding Restaurant’ van de tweede editie van de Restaurantweek 2026. “We zijn dankbaar voor deze mooie erkenning en het vertrouwen van onze gasten. Het motiveert ons om te blijven vernieuwen, onze kwaliteit hoog te houden en onze gasten telkens opnieuw een bijzondere culinaire ervaring te bieden”, reageert Natasha Ribeiro de Souza, Public Relations Manager van Ramada, tegenover de Ware Tijd. De ‘Island Escape Edition’ werd tussen 3 en 9 augustus gehouden. Aan de tweede editie van Restaurantweek dit jaar namen zeventien restaurants deel, die uiteenlopende concepten en menu’s presenteerden. Organisatie Xeno Events Suriname zegt dat OGi uiteindelijk werd uitgeroepen tot ‘Most Outstanding Participant’ op basis van onder meer gastbeoordelingen, verkoopresultaten en promotionele activiteiten. “We waren vanaf het begin enthousiast over onze deelname en hadden er vertrouwen in dat ons concept goed zou worden ontvangen”, stelt Riberio de Souza.
