Palo Verde is a sustainable project at Playa El Zonte, La Libertad, El Salvador. Playa El Zonte has a righthand point brake, an A-Frame in front of the river mouth and a beach brake to surf year round. Palo Verde is part of a small village of local surfers, fishermen and local and foreign community.

Like nature, we grow through transformation. 🌿

Starting September 7, our Palo Verde Hotel pool begins its renovation. Inspired by our roots and the ocean that surrounds us, this new chapter is being shaped with the same intention, care and respect that define everything we do here: sustainable hospitality, community connection and deep regard for our environment.

Palo Verde Sustainable Hotel will continue operating as usual. The beach, Nan Tal Restaurant, surf lessons and massages remain available. In the meantime, we're making the pool at Zona Ashal available for our guests. Renovation work takes place Monday through Friday, with no work on weekends.

Thank you for your patience as we build what comes next. Soon, our pool will look like this.
