Every meal is made to be savoured, whether it’s a slow breakfast by the beach, a lunch that stretches into the afternoon or dinner under the stars with the sound of the ocean in the background. Fresh, vibrant and full of flavour, it’s the kind of food you’ll find yourself dreaming about long after you’ve gone home.

Pilates at Sol isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about moving with intention, building strength, improving mobility and giving your body the attention it deserves through mindful, controlled movement and conscious breathing. 🌿

Follow it with an ice bath, something nourishing from the kitchen and an afternoon by the sea, and you’ve pretty much found the perfect balance. 🌊☀️

Pilates classes take place every morning at 9am and last 60 minutes. They’re complimentary for all hotel guests, while walk-ins are welcome for 400 THB, including a matcha, full gym access, plus use of the sauna and ice bath. 💛
