Basic Bungalows, as the name suggested, are a group of 10 basic but clean bungalows. We provide basic accommodation in one of the best beaches in Ko Tao

If you have been here, you must know "Mama Jansom"
This place was one of the pioneers when it comes to accommodating backpackers in the old days Ko Tao. As the internet era dawns on the island, new accommodations mushroomed and Mama felt that it is not to her liking to deal with "internet stuff" so she moves her staff to Ko Payam, Ranong. This is what she left for us. Honoring her legacy, we renovated Jansom Bungalows and give it a new, simple but meaningful name, Basic Bungalows. What we offer here is basic accommodation. No air con, no warm water. Back to basic and the good old days. Welcome to Basic Bungalows.
