Thai Wagyu meets Thai seasoning. 🇹🇭❤️🇹🇭

No imported beef.
No imported pesto.

Just beautifully marbled Thai Wagyu sliced paper thin, dressed with our house Thai herb pesto, fresh lime, cherry tomatoes, pickled shallots, crunchy peanuts and garden herbs.

Because when the ingredients travel less, the flavors speak louder naaa. 😌

One country.

Harmony now has imported wines. 😌

Before you panic…

You start to know us already.

We don’t really do mainstream naaa. 😏

No giant catalogue.
No random labels.
No “because everybody has it.”

We simply invited a few friends from the Krungthep cellar to come dance in Koh Tao 555

Some are famous. Some are very exlusive. (Coucou . Proud to finally serve this incredible Morgon at our table)
Some are weird. Some are deliciously confusing.
All are bottles we would happily open ourselves after service.

Our Thai wineries are still here and still close to our heart. 🇹🇭❤️. And they run the show by the glass. Always.

But great wine is great wine.

And curiosity has always been part of the Harmony recipe.

So welcome to a few new discoveries naaa.

วันนี้ (12 มิถุนายน) สำนักพระราชวัง ออกประกาศ สมเด็จพระเจ้าลูกเธอ เจ้าฟ้าพัชรกิติยาภา นเรนทิราเทพยวดี สิ้นพระชนม์ โดยมีรายละเอียดระบุว่า

สมเด็จพระเจ้าลูกเธอ เจ้าฟ้าพัชรกิติยาภา นเรนทิราเทพยวดี กรมหลวงราชสาริณีสิริพัชร มหาวัชรราชธิดา ทรงพระประชวรหมดพระสติ ด้วยพระอาการทางพระหทัย และทรงเข้ารับการรักษา พระองค์ที่โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย มาตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2565 ตามที่สำนัก พระราชวังได้แถลงให้ทราบเป็นระยะแล้วนั้น

ตั้งแต่วันที่ 21 พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช 2569 สมเด็จพระเจ้าลูกเธอ เจ้าฟ้าพัชรกิติยาภา นเรนทิราเทพยวดี กรมหลวงราชสาริณีสิริพัชร มหาวัชรราชธิดา พระอาการทรุดลงจากการติดเชื้อ ในพระนาภี (ช่องท้อง) จากการอักเสบของพระอันตะ (ลำไส้ใหญ่) ความดันพระโลหิตต่ำ พระหทัย เต้นผิดจังหวะ การแข็งตัวของพระโลหิตผิดปกติ แม้คณะแพทย์จะถวายการรักษาอย่างใกล้ชิด จนสุดความสามารถ แต่พระอาการทรุดหนักลงตามลำดับ จนถึงวันพฤหัสบดี ที่ 11 มิถุนายน พุทธศักราช 2569 เวลา 19 นาฬิกา 48 นาที สิ้นพระชนม์ ณ โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย ด้วยพระอาการสงบ สิริพระชันษาปีที่ 47

พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าโปรดกระหม่อม ให้สำนักพระราชวังจัดการพระศพ ถวายพระเกียรติยศสูงสุดตามราชประเพณี ประดิษฐานพระศพ ณ พระที่นั่งพิมานรัตยา ในพระบรมมหาราชวัง
