A Journey to the Roof of the World

For one evening only, the artistry of Chinese cuisine meets w**es grown on the high slopes of the Himalayas.

On Tuesday, 6 October 2026, basil welcomes a guest chef from The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin for a five-course dinner. Each course is paired with w**es presented by BAUZUAN Himalaya.

The menu opens with Marinated Foie Gras with Caviar, silken and gently brined. It builds to the evening's signature dish: Stir-Fried Spicy Lamb Chops, Typhoon-Shelter Style. Crisp outside and succulent within, the lamb is tossed through a searing wok with golden garlic, toasted breadcrumbs and mild chilli, then matched with Célèbre Haut Plateaux de L'Himalaya Red 2018.
