Visakha Bucha Day is one of the most important Buddhist holy days, commemorating three significant events in the life of the Lord Buddha that occurred on the same full-moon day of the sixth lunar month: His Birth, Enlightenment, and Parinirvana (Passing Away).
Recognized internationally by the United Nations as a day of spiritual significance, Visakha Bucha Day reminds us to reflect on the Buddha’s teachings of wisdom, compassion, mindfulness, and peace.
