Rain has a funny way of bringing out everyone's personality.

Some are always prepared. Some stay dry. Some avoid every puddle. And some... get caught in the rain and carry on like nothing happened. 😆

We love seeing all the different ways people enjoy rainy season. Some move their books and laptops under the tree roof. Some just stand at the gate and watch it fall.

Around here, the rain isn't something to wait out. It's simply part of another good day here.

We've been calling Ari home for many years, and one of the biggest reasons we're still here today is because of this community. 🏡

We've been lucky to have wonderful neighbors who support us, and we've always believed in supporting each other back.

One of the teams behind this community is (เพื่อนบ้านอารีย์). They focus on three things: community, art, and the environment. Values that are close to our hearts too.

Over the years, we've had the chance to organize a few meaningful events together, like our Second Hand Cloth Swap. It's a reminder that good things happen when people come together.

We also enjoy how they share stories from people in all kinds of professions — it's one of the ways they bring the community together and help us get to know our neighbors.

Ari might not be the biggest neighborhood in Bangkok, but it's full of kind people doing cool things. We're grateful to be a small part of it.

The smoking club at The Yard Hostel Bangkok accidentally became one of our social spots. 😂

It started as just a place to take a break, but somehow, it turned into a little corner full of laughter, conversations, and unexpected connections.

We often hear people laughing and see smiles coming from this spot. Sometimes, strangers sit down together and leave with new friends, travel buddies, or a funny memory to take with them.

People share travel stories, exchange tips, and sometimes even plan their next adventures together.

No two days at The Yard are exactly the same, yet somehow, they always feel familiar.

The day usually starts with sleepy smiles, breakfast, and a few "good morning" conversations around the table.

Some head out to explore Bangkok. Others settle into a cozy spot under our big tree to work, read, or simply enjoy a slow day. And yes, naps happen. Quite often. Honestly, sometimes we wish we could join too.

There are always some moments with our meow boss 🐈, even when she gets annoyed with us.

There are also unexpected conversations between strangers, and somehow, someone always ends up starting a card game or movie night.

That's what makes memories here.
