Our signature Reconnect Retreats are all about reconnecting with yourself, and reconnecting with your inner fighter is a part of that.

Muay Thai is Thailand’s national sport and it is proudly an integral part of our retreats.

Absolutely nothing is mandatory on our schedule, you can come to as much or as little as you like. However, Muay Thai is guaranteed to make everyone who tries it feel empowered and strong. Our coaches teach everyone from complete beginners to actual fighters in a safe, supporting and highly encouraging space.
