Discover the Art of Lanna Mind–Body Balance
Experience Fon Jerng, a unique movement practice from Northern Thailand that blends traditional martial arts, dance, mindfulness, and cultural heritage.
Trainer: Bowonlak Khuankaew (Vivi)
Date : Every Sunday 9:30-11:00 AM
Venue: Pa Rang cafe & art stay
Fee: 400 THB per class
✨ Beginners are welcome. Join one session or attend all three.

Tai Tun Sound is a music project by Chiang Mai Original Live, created to support original singer-songwriters and bands from Chiang Mai.

At Pa Rang Cafe & Art Stay, weekends are also for art, connection, and creativity — with various art workshops throughout the weekend.
