With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Khun Em is a seasoned professional specialising in front office operations, reservations, and guest relations. His journey with the property in Koh Samui began in 2009, where he has been a witness to and a key part of its evolution from Langham Place to Le Méridien, and finally to its current identity as The Lamai Samui.

Throughout this decade and a half of dedicated service, Khun Em has progressed into the pivotal role of Reservation Manager.
