เช้าวันนี้ฉันตื่นตั้งแต่ 06.00 น. เพื่อไปสวนสุขภาพ เริ่มต้นวันด้วยการใส่บาตร ก่อนจะตั้งเป้าหมายเดิน–วิ่งให้ครบ 11 กิโลเมตร เพื่อสะสมระยะทางแลกแว่นตาจากท็อปเจริญ
แต่ความจริงไม่ง่ายเลย... ฉันใช้เวลาตั้งแต่ 06.00 น. ถึง 11.00 น. เดินรอบสวนเป็นส่วนใหญ่ สุดท้ายทำได้เพียง 8 กิโลเมตรเท่านั้น
สิ่งที่แปลกใจคือ แดดช่วงเที่ยงของจังหวัดเลยวันนี้ไม่ได้ร้อนอย่างที่คิด กลับรู้สึกว่าอากาศเป็นใจให้คนที่ชอบออกกำลังกาย จะเดินหรือวิ่งคนเดียวก็สบาย ไม่แออัด และได้ใช้เวลากับตัวเองอย่างเต็มที่
สวนสุขภาพอยู่ห่างจาก Loei Airport Homestay ประมาณ 8 กิโลเมตร สำหรับฉันถือว่าไม่ไกล เดินทางสะดวก รถไม่ค่อยติด
อีกอย่างที่ชอบมากคือ ช่วงเกือบ 08.00 น. ของทุกเช้า จะมีอาสาสมัครมาสอนโยคะฟรีประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง ทำให้ที่นี่เป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะทั้งสำหรับการเดิน วิ่ง และฝึกโยคะในบรรยากาศที่สงบ
บางครั้งเป้าหมายอาจยังไปไม่ถึง แต่การได้ออกมาเริ่มต้นวันใหม่ ก็ถือว่าชนะตัวเองแล้ว 🌿💚

I woke up at 6:00 a.m. to visit the public health park and started my morning by offering food to Buddhist monks.
My goal was to complete 11 kilometers so I could earn enough distance to redeem a free pair of glasses from Top Charoen. I spent almost five hours, from 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., walking around the park. Even with all that time, I managed to complete only 8 kilometers.
What surprised me the most was the weather. Even around noon, Loei wasn't nearly as hot as I expected. It felt like the perfect day for beginner runners and walkers. The park was peaceful, not crowded, and it was nice to enjoy the time on my own.
The health park is about 8 kilometers from Loei Airport Homestay, which feels like a convenient distance with light traffic.
One of my favorite things is that almost every morning around 8:00 a.m., volunteers offer a free one-hour yoga class. It's a wonderful place for walking, running, and practicing yoga in a calm and welcoming environment.
Not every goal has to be completed in a single day. Sometimes, simply showing up and taking the first step is already a success. 🌿💚
